Our Renovation Process

A construction project can be stressful. Through years of experience, we’ve developed a working process that makes things easier. We will guide you through each of these main steps in the process.

Post Contract

At this point, you meet the Project Manager who will be building your home. They will be your point of contact throughout the building process and responsible for creating your vision. When you remodel an existing home, you end up spending a lot of time with your Project Manager. We strive to be the best houseguests we can possibly be.

process-4-pre-drywall

Pre-Drywall

Before your drywall is hung, you will meet with the Project Manager at the home to ensure all rough-in work is complete. Your completion date will be confirmed at this meeting.

Final Orientation

Your vision is a reality! About a week before we finish your project you’ll have a Final Orientation Meeting with the Project Manager.
